My mans & I recently travelled to Philadelphia for a festival in which he was speaking at so, naturally, I tagged along (for moral support (and philly cheesesteaks) of course).
The event lasted around an hour to which we were left with 23 hours left to explore the city.
We caught a light breakfast near our hotel before heading to the event where the food options were limited. So T & I scouted out the best joint for a lunch of Philly cheesesteaks and soda on bike-back and landed upon Jim's Steaks where we rolled happily away from with full bellies.
More exploring ensued alongside some cheeky shopping before we laid our heads down for the night and jetted back to Boston the next day!
The city was a yuppy's delight filled with hipster things to do, creative restaurants to eat at & welcoming locals who made you feel right at home.
I'm looking forward to my next trip to PA and would love some recommendations on where to go next time around! So if you're an in-the-know Philadelphian or a PA aficionado, drop a comment below with your favorite things to do & places to eat so I can add them onto my hit list for next time xxx
